Merenda Hot Lunches

If you would like to participate in the hot lunch service offered by Merenda, please note the following:

• Read through this document and create your account: Merenda September Newsletter.
  
• Ensure all Merenda emails (no-reply@traiteurmerenda.com) are not going into your spam-you will receive updates when the new menus are available.
• Please remember to pack cutlery, and if you would like your child to return with any leftovers, pack a tupperwear for this purpose. Be sure to remind your child that they are responsible for placing their leftovers into their tupperwear.
• Take note of upcoming calendar dates (the calendar can be found on the Beacon Hill website) so that you do not place an order for a hot lunch when your child is away at a tournament for example. If you do place an order by mistake, you may cancel by 7am day of (full details are in their newsletter).

Volunteers needed! We are looking for more volunteers to help with the lunch distribution on Wednesdays and Thursdays (11:15-12:15). Please reach out to Home and School if you can lend a hand: bhhomeandschool@gmail.com
