Art Gala

Get your tickets to the hottest event in town! The Beacon Hill Art Gala is back on Wednesday, April 24th from 6-8pm. Our little artists have been hard at work creating masterpieces to display in the school gymnasium. This event is expected to be our biggest Home and School fundraising event of the year, with all funds raised going towards upgrading our outdoor basketball court. You will also have the opportunity to shop at our Scholastic book fair!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

What to expect: Come by at any time between 6-8pm to browse the art, grab a snack, purchase your raffle tickets, and shop at the book fair. Please note that the raffles will begin at 7:30pm sharp.

Entrance fee: The $25 entrance fee includes your family entrance (2 adults, students of BH, and their siblings), 1 snack & drink per adult, and 1 snack & drink per child. Online ticket sales will close on April 22nd. Please note that your confirmation of purchase email is your entrance ticket, however, our volunteers will have the full list of ticket holders, so when you arrive simply provide them with the name of the individual who purchased the online ticket. Raffle tickets: Available for pre-sale online or on-site at the event (CASH only). All raffle tickets purchased online can be picked up at the event. Raffle items include staff-decorated tote bags, a 'teacher time' raffle prize, as well as our raffle baskets (contents will be unveiled at the event!). You may choose where to allocate your raffle tickets using the jars next to each raffle prize. If your child is keen to win their teacher's creation, feel free to place 10 tickets in that jar! Face painting: There will be underwater-themed face painting available, for $2 per child (CASH only). You may purchase your ticket on site, at the table next to our face painters.

Book Fair: The Scholastic book fair will be open from 6-8pm, in the library. Only Interact or cash will be accepted at the book fair (no credit cards).
