Tickets to BEACON HILL BOO-BASH
What: 🎃 Halloween Family Event! 🎃
Join us for a spooktacular evening filled with fun! This is a great chance to gather with familiar faces and welcome new families to our fang-tastic school community. We’ve got a frightfully fun lineup, including a hot dog truck, a costume contest, a photo booth, a book fair, and dancing!
Date: Thursday, October 30th from 5-8 PM
Location: The haunted grounds of the Staff Parking Lot and Surroundings. All activities will take place outside 🕷️
Costumes: Ghouls and goblins of all ages—Halloween costumes are highly encouraged! Parents, we’re looking at you too!
Tickets (1 per child): 👻 $10 per child (includes entrance, Trick-or-Treat goodies, and more). Physical tickets for online purchases will be handed out at the event, and we’ll keep a record of your purchase. Siblings are welcome! Please purchase additional tickets for any sibling who does not attend Beacon Hill but would love to join the fun. Parents do not need to purchase a ticket. DEADLINE to purchase tickets online is 7pm, Tuesday, October 28th, 2025. After this you may purchase tickets at the event.
Beverages: CASH ONLY: Additional drinks will be available for $1 each. Please bring cash, as it will be the only method of payment.
Food Truck: CASH OR CARD: Don’t forget your boo bucks for the food truck! Here’s what’s on the menu

- French Fries: $4
- Poutine: $9
- Drinks: $2
Grad Bake Sale: The grade 6 students are baking yummy treats to raise money for their end of year activities.
Adult Supervision Required: No tricks—just treats! If you are unable to attend, please make arrangements for another adult to be present with your child.
Pets: Sorry, no howling hounds! Please leave your furry friends at home for this event.
Trunk-or-Treat: The Trunk-or-Treat will take place in the staff parking lot from 5-7 PM. Don’t miss out on this creepy, crawly fun!
WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS TO DECORATE THEIR TRUNKS TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESSFUL EVENT! SIGN UP HERE TO DECORATE!
